Google and Web 3.0 (?)
This YouTube video is worth watching, if you’ve not seen it. Eric Schmidt of Google answers a question on Web 2.0/Web 3.0 very intelligently and in a way that makes perfect sense. As far as I can tell he’s got it right, although the implications are deeper than are apparent just from what he says. The whole 2.0/3.0 thing is, of course, simple marketing noise and Schmidt shoots that in the head immediately.
