After four months of tweeting, I'm trying NOT to get a rash of followers into the multi-thousands; why? Can't read squat or follow a stream that makes any sense. As for what time of day to tweet? Twitter can be useful as a temporary social bookmarking system, but Delicious.com — even with all it's challenges — does a great job in organizing thoughts around links.
